1. Operation method:
- Full Rotary Die Cutters: Full Rotary Die Cutters are continuous running equipment that can carry out die cutting operations continuously without stopping. The full-rotary die-cutting machine adopts a cylindrical die-cutting tool, and the entire tool wheel will rotate, so high-speed continuous cutting can be realized during the die-cutting process, and the production efficiency is high.
- Semi-rotary die-cutter: A semi-rotary die-cutter is an intermittently operating piece of equipment that stops during the die-cutting operation and then cuts by rotating part of the knives. Semi-rotary die-cutters can only perform one cutting operation at a time and require repositioning the paper after each operation, making them less productive than full-rotary die-cutters.

- Full-rotary die-cutting machine: The full-rotary die-cutting machine is suitable for mass production and high-speed continuous die-cutting. It is usually used to produce high-volume labels, stickers, cartons and paper bags, etc., and can complete cutting tasks quickly and efficiently.

Due to the need to stop and reposition the paper, the semi-rotary die-cutter is suitable for products that require high cutting quality, such as high-end gift boxes, fine pattern labels, etc.

Whether to choose a full rotary die cutter or a semi rotary die cutter depends on the specific production needs. If large-scale, high-speed continuous production is required, a full-rotary die-cutting machine is a better choice. If there is a relatively high requirement for cutting precision, the semi-rotary die-cutting machine can complete the cutting work excellently.
