Our DBFQ-370 Slitting machine is a new design machine. Our company researches it independently, with all of its proprietary intellectual property and manufacturing technology. This machine is mainly used for narrow web labels slitting. Suitable for adhesive paper, thermal paper, aluminum foil, film and other materials. The machine adopts the automatic tension system. And for the automatic tension of unwinding and rewinding units, We use 5 kilograms of magnetic powder, more durable and sensitive, so the machine with no delay in working. The slitting speed is 220m/min. In order to support the material during operation, 13 guide rollers are used. The control of machine operation has two places, one is touch screen control and the other is manual operation control panel.
