1.Terms of payment?

We accept T/T, 30% in advance and 70% balanced against B/L copy. We accept L/C at sight. We accept Cash.

2.How many days will you finish installing ?

We will finish installation and training within 15 days.

3.How long is your machine's warranty period?

All our machine have one year guarantee, starting from finished installation.

1.1. Silk screen printing machine is suitable for printing products such as scratching silver and cosmetic labels, as well as overprinting and glazing of printed labels.2. Printing materials in roll, self-adhesive paper, PVC, PET, PP, PC, PE, BOPP, and other printing materials.

2.The Unit Type flexo printing machine adopts the latest servo control system Baumuller  from Germany  and each printing unit is driven by independent servo motor. Every printing unit has two servo motor to ensure the accurate registration during high speed running ; The printing roller adopts sleeve system which is light, easy, convenient and fast to change. This type of design is largely improve the printing quality and reduce the maintenance ;Fast and easy pressure adjustment of printing  or ink transferring :printing roller run by bearer, it is not necessary to adjust the pressure when change the roller, or at most fine adjust for special job;Anvil roller equips with water chiller, it's good for film material as well.

3.For decades, Daba Machinery has been conducted to the research of narrow web label slitting&rewinding machines. We started with the 120m/min economical slitting&rewinding machine, followed by the 220m/min high-speed slitting &rewinding machine, then by listening to the feedback of our customers about achieving extreme efficiency, we have developed DBGFQ based on DBFQ, which upgraded all motors to servo motors, increased the slitting speed to 350 m/min. For the slitting machine, the structure of the machine is similar, starting from an unwinding station, after web-guide; splice table; slitting unit, and then finishing the rewinding. But the structure and the configurations will be different according to exact models. And with each model, we have different features.Also, for the DBGFQ full servo type, we could add an inspectional system; inkjet printing unit; rotary die-cutting unit, or stroboscope unit by customer’s requirements.
